let's clear something up

You've been picturing the wrong thing.

What people picture

  • A turban and white linen pants
  • Chanting words you don't understand
  • Ninety minutes you absolutely do not have
  • A room full of people who are better at this than you
  • Believing something specific before you're allowed in

What it actually is

  • Your kitchen floor at 7:12am, hoodie on
  • A short sequence built for one specific feeling
  • Eleven minutes, and some days three
  • Breathwork that works in a parking lot before pickup
  • A mantra you'll catch yourself humming at the dishwasher

Less touch your toes. More oh yeah — there I am.

how are we doing today?

We practice. We play. We come back to ourselves.

That’s kind of the whole thing.

free · no signup · mildly unhinged

    Go play with something.

Two free things living on this website. Neither one asks you for anything.

    what you actually get

Everything you need. Nothing you have to keep up with.

New stuff shows up every week. You do not have to.

Miss a day. Miss a week. Wander off for a month because life got weird. It’ll all still be here when you get back.

    That’s the whole policy.

    weekly

    A new kriya, every week

For whatever version of you showed up that day.
The one who needs to calm down. Wake up. Get out of her head. Stop snapping at everyone. Feel like herself again.

    Pick accordingly.

    together, irl-ish

    Live practices

Sometimes it’s just better when somebody else gets you onto the mat. We’ll practice together live — messy buns, cameras off, kids wandering through, whatever.

Can’t make it? The replay will be waiting for you. Show up live. Do it three days later. Pause halfway through because somebody needs a snack.

    It all counts.

for the days that are a lot

    The 11-minute version

Because somehow the days you need this the most are also the days when everyone needs you at the exact same time.

    Eleven minutes counts.
    Three minutes counts.
    We’re counting it.

    breath

    Breathwork that travels

Three minutes in the pickup line.
    Before the hard conversation.
In the bathroom at your in-laws’.

    Nobody has to know.

    mantra

    Mantras with training wheels

You get the words. What they mean. How to say them.

And full permission to mumble your way through until suddenly one day you realize you know the whole thing.

    Look at you.

    one good question

Your journal does not need to become a second job.

One question. Not seven pages of morning journaling before the sun comes up.

Just something worth asking yourself — and enough space to see what comes up.

    The campfire

An off-social little corner of the internet with women doing this alongside you.

Come to a poetry night. Pull cards for each other. Share something you wrote. Join a ridiculous challenge. Cheer somebody on. Or say absolutely nothing and lurk happily.

    It’s your campfire too.

    for no good reason

    We also have fun here.

Bingo. Truth or dare. Scavenger hunts. Silent discos. Ridiculous awards. The occasional group activity nobody asked for.

Not everything has to be healing.
Sometimes we’re just having a good time.

Abby smiling at the camera on her front steps, pink flowers behind her
    hi. it's me.

    hi, I’m Abby

I also thought kundalini sounded a little weird.

I’m a Midwest-living, West Virginia-raised mom of three who has spent a truly impressive amount of her life overthinking things.

    Then I found kundalini.

And listen — when I first heard things like “dormant energy at the base of your spine,” I had questions. 😂

But I tried it. And I kept trying it. And somewhere along the way, I stopped caring whether I could explain exactly why it worked and started noticing that I felt more like myself when I did it.

Kundalini didn’t make my life easier.
It made me better at staying in it.

More here. Less in my head. A little harder to knock over.

And that’s really what I want this place to be.

    Not a new personality.
    Not a 5am routine.
Not another version of yourself you need to become.

Just somewhere to come back to the one who’s already here.

Perfect. Most people here hadn't either. Every practice tells you what's coming, why we're doing it, and what to do instead if something doesn't work in your body.

You don't have to believe anything in particular to be here. Kundalini has roots and I'll teach them honestly, but nothing gets required of you. Bring your own faith, your own doubt, or neither.

Same. That's exactly who I built this for. Everything comes in a short version, and the short version is not the lesser version.

Never. Lurk happily for a year if you want. The campfire is there when you want it and completely optional when you don't.

There's no behind. No streak, no leaderboard, no email guilting you about your progress. Come back whenever. The mat doesn't hold a grudge.

Any time, in two clicks, no exit interview. I'd rather you leave easily and come back later than stay because it was a hassle to go.
